Commonality
Our students are looking to grow, learn, collaborate & lead.
We are different from traditional education.
We designed altMBA with the intention to be an alternative. We believe in the power of peer-to-peer learning, not top-down expert lectures. We know that real skills for success, while hard to measure, are learned through practice.
There are no right answers, no tests, no grades.
Our structure, the projects, the type of learning, the level of curiosity, the number of questions asked, the concept of doing rather than memorizing, the support, and the way we measure growth—it’s a remarkably effective way to make change happen.
We believe the best learning requires first-hand experience & lots of practice.
We also believe you might be bad at something before you get better. Leadership is high-stakes work and often done in public, and no one wants to fail publicly in order to get better. But without experience, you don’t improve.
